Double barrel-aged ale with raisins, vanilla beans, and cinnamon
We believe that beer is part science and a big part art. Pasas Picasso was inspired by Rum Raisin ice cream, which in turn originated from the European dessert Malaga. Oh yeah, Picasso was from the city of Malaga in Spain, get it? Pasas Picasso was aged in bourbon barrels for one year before being transferred to rum barrels for an additional year. It exudes rich raisin and barrel character backed by creamy vanilla and just a hint of spice.
