This quadruple ale sings traditionally familiar notes of dark sugar, caramel, spice, and a Bruery twist with the addition of poached pear, for a well balanced, fruit-forward, ale. Meant to be shared over special occasions with family and friends.

Bourbon Barrel-aged Partridge in a Pear Tree --- 14.2% ABV
Belgian-style quadrupel ale aged in bourbon barrels and brewed with spices
We reserved some of last year’s ale and, in traditional Bruery style, aged it in bourbon barrels to gain complexity. This well balanced, seasonably spiced ale is meant to be shared on special occasions with family and friends.
