Double barrel-aged blend of imperial stout and Flemish-style red ale

This special small-batch iteration of Melange No. 1 earns the moniker "reserve" thanks to the additional year spent in fresh bourbon barrels. Hints of singed oak, leather, and fruit-forward tannins punctuate a sour profile while notes of dark fruits and vanilla and oak are imparted by the extra time in barrel.
