Sour blonde ale with Sugarcot apricots and Bergamot oranges aged in oak barrels

Sugarcots are a rare variety of apricot which we added to our sour blonde ale, yielding a beer that's super acid-forward and totally fruity. To this, we added a single barrel of Bergamot blonde, which we think gives an incredible, aromatic boost to the blend. The beers seem to concur.
