Blended tart rye saison ale with orange zest, rose petals, and lavender aged in oak barrels

We sent some of our yeast-forward saison for a quick dip in the barrel with rose petals and lavender, before adding some Sour In The Rye that was barrel-aged with orange zest. The result is a tart rye saison with spice, citrus notes, warm breadiness, and a floral finish.
