Berlin-style tart wheat beer fermented with cherums and aged in wine barrels with Meyer lemon zest
At The Bruery Terreux, we like to push the boundaries for exploring the art of making wildly traditional beer. In this instance, we stomped cherums with our feet before the fermentation of the tart wheat beer took place in a single open wine barrel. After nature took its course, we finished it with a bright dose of Meyer lemon zest.
