English-style barleywine with tart cherries, cacao nibs, vanilla and sea salt
The English-style barleywine won out over other top beer styles doppelbock and belgian quadrupel and by a narrow margin the cherry garcia ice cream inspired concept solidified the flavor profile of this year's Crafted by Society beer.
Society members leaned in heavy on the Grateful Dead theme both in beer name and label. Thanks to all who participated!

Imperial Stout with Bananas, Marshmallows, Graham Crackers, and Vanilla
The American-style Imperial Stout won out over other top beer styles such as Barley-wine, Belgian Quadrupel and Scotch Ale.
While coffee and coconut were also top adjuncts, they were edged out overwhelmingly by vanilla which paved the way for other s'mores-like ingredients with banana being a surprisingly popular choice.
