Ramos gin fizz cocktail-inspired American wild ale aged in gin barrels

We’re bringing back a fan-favorite. Imperial Cabinet is a wild ale brewed in collaboration with our friends at Jester King. Created in honor of the Imperial Cabinet, an 1880’s New Orleans saloon and reminiscent of a nearly forgotten early 20th century cocktail, the Ramos gin fizz. The third version was brewed with traditional gin botanicals and this time, laid to rest in gin barrels with citrus after spending a year in wine barrels. The result is laden with herbal and floral notes, bright lemon and lime zest, vanilla, warm oak, and comforting spices.
