Blended Barrel-Aged Ale

Born from competition and collaboration, Hoarders Cuvée brings together a winning blend crafted by our Hoarders Society members—an artful composition of barrels including Bayonet (rye whiskey), Anniversary solera (bourbon), Black Tuesday (port), Musket (bourbon), So Happens It’s Tuesday (bourbon), and White Oak Sap (bourbon). Pouring black with ruby edges, it opens with aromas of dark chocolate, dried apricot, and tobacco leaf before unfolding into layers of bourbon-soaked figs, espresso beans, and toasted oak. Full-bodied with a warm, balanced finish, it’s a richly composed blend built to pair with Beef Wellington, a black and blue burger, or pear tarte tatin.
