At a recent company bottle share we polled our team members and asked, "What three beers would you choose to pair with a Holiday-style meal and why?"  The answers were so good we had to share with you!

Gose-style ale with Syrah grapes aged in oak foeders | 5.6%
"It's an easy drinking, thirst quenching beer with slight tartness and a bright red berry character.  Reminds me of cranberry sauce.  And I put that **** on everything."

Imperial stout with Cabernet Sauvignon grape must aged in new French oak puncheons | 14.5%
"Half stout half red wine, my two favorite things to pair with a hearty meal.  Roast + tannin structure gives a nice dryness to counteract those rich fatty acids."

Sour tripel ale with Roussanne grapes aged in bourbon barrels | 14.1%
"If you know me you know I like dessert wines...instead of dessert!  This is right up my alley."
