Nothing says Mardi Gras like a chocolate-covered beignet, which is exactly what we set out to recreate with this Fat Twosday descendant. This blend of top-shelf imperial stouts—Black Tuesday with just the right blend of imperial milk stouts—was treated with cocoa powder and powdered sugar with a touch of vanilla and milk sugar for sweetness.
