Now Available, The Preservation Society Quarter 4 Package

Whether you’ve waited in long lines or honed your f5 skills on the computer, every craft beer lover has chased after that special bottle; The bottle that you read about and knew it had to be yours. Sometimes you get what you were looking for, but far too often you’ve came up empty handed. We have the same passion for beer that you do, and we’ve all been in that situation before. It’s the reason our brewery has worked so hard to remove the hassle of getting limited-release beers by creating the Preservation Society.

The Preservation Society is a quarterly beer club for those who love our beer. Each quarter, members receive a special curated package (at least 10% off the retail value) with three included beers, typically:

(1) Barrel-aged beer from The Bruery
(1) One barrel-aged sour beer from Bruery Terreux
(1) One limited, experimental beer

You will also receive access to special allocations and sales throughout the year and access to the Society tap list in The Bruery and Bruery Terreux Tasting Rooms. Plus, each fall, Preservation Society members are extended the opportunity to join our Reserve Society in advance (if any) of a public sale. In addition, Preservation Society members for four or more quarterly receive an additional discount of 10% off online purchases after four or more consecutive quarters.

The Preservation Society is the perfect answer for any level of craft beer lover. Memberships renew automatically at the beginning of each quarter. Once your quarterly membership fee is assessed, you’ll enjoy access to special allocations and sales plus the Society tap list in both of our Tasting Rooms. Near the end of each quarter, your included, Preservation Society package will be ready for pickup or delivery.

Black Tuesday (2016)
Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout – 20.3% ABV
The economy fluctuates. The latest fads inevitably decline. Black Tuesday stands the test of time. Our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout brings a seemingly roaring combination of flavors – vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate and singed oak, to name a few – into a decadent, sophisticated fusion that’s fit to claim its own day of the week. And it only comes around once a year.

Mash & Coconut
Bourbon barrel-aged barleywine with coconut – 13.1% ABV
This is our classic bourbon barrel-aged barleywine ale, Mash, stretching to new levels. Mash & Coconut has coconut added – nearly 1 lb. per gallon, which ratchets up the complex coconut character and complements the oaky and vanilla notes that are imparted to the beer as part of its extensive maturation in bourbon barrels.

Frucht: Cherry
Oak-aged Berliner Weisse with cherries – 5.4% ABV
Welcome to Frucht, our land of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from fermentation in one of our twin oak foeder vessels – the largest known to be fabricated in this country. Each installment in the series features a new fruit, or Frucht, if we’re Sprechen sie Deutsch. This installment has cherries added, which impart a bright, fruity tartness and elegant hue to the beer.
