February 2019: Society Member Monday

Every first Monday of the Month we shutdown Terreux to the public, and invite our Reserve Society and Hoarders Society members to join us for an intimate evening with the team. We offer pours and tasters of new releases for the month and host a Bruer’s panel – where our brewers will walk you through the inspiration and process for each beer, and answer any questions. February’s event was a blast. Jeremy Grinkey and Nathan Watkins, walked our members through More Room For More, S’more BBL’s, Mocha Wednesday, and more. Here are a few our favorite conversations.

Jeremy starts by going in depth on the passion and aggressive amounts of fruit that go into More Room For More. Next he speaks to the inspiration behind S’more BBLs.

Hoarders can find both beers in their current allocations and Reserve Society members have access to S’more BBLs. Don’t forget to join us for the next Society Member Monday on Monday, March 4 at the Bruery Terreux Tasting Room to enjoy another Bruer’s panel and Society-only happenings:

Micro Science of Brewing:
Our Quality Assurance Team will be there to give you the insight of what we do to ensure our beer is of the highest quality.

Sensory Training:
How do we describe beers and notice when an off-flavor may be present? We’ll show you how!

Embroidery:
Bring in items to be embroidered (hats, shirts, sweatshirts) for $5 per piece. Items will be collected during this Society Member Monday ONLY. Embroidered items have to be picked up during April’s Society Member Monday. #HoardersSociety has a limit of 8 items and #ReserveSociety has a limit of 4 items.
