The Big Blue Set

Big flavors deserve a big stage. The Big Blue Set is an unapologetically indulgent celebration of blueberries, maple syrup, and bourbon barrel-aged excess. Built on the towering foundation of Black Tuesday, this collection leans fully into breakfast-inspired decadence, layered sweetness, and bold barrel character.

At the center is Big Blue Stacks, a double bourbon barrel-aged behemoth treated with heaps of blueberries and maple syrup, delivering towering richness reminiscent of a syrup-soaked stack of pancakes. Supporting that centerpiece are two bottles each of Blueberry Brueonico, a wildly decadent imperial stout inspired by a beloved Mexican breakfast, bursting with coconut, granola, raisins, honey, and blueberry-laced sweetness. Completing the set are two bottles of Blueberry Stacks Reserve, which takes the pancake-inspired classic even further with extended aging in bourbon and maple syrup barrels for added depth, richness, and complexity.
