Blonde ale with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes aged in French oak puncheons
We present our Terroir Project— using Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced high in the Malibu Mountains from the Montagneux Vineyard. Our attempt at carbonic maceration is a native and natural co-fermentation of grapes and lambic-styled wort aged in French oak puncheons until final maturity.
