Wildly crafted (and blended) sour ales make up the anniversary tradition for The Bruery Terreux.  Each vintage's batch is comprised of choice picked barrels from our sour production facility and blended with a portion of 'clean' Anni, our bourbon barrel-aged English-style Old Ale.

We celebrated our fourth anniversary of Bruery Terreux with Annuel (2019). This vintage features a special blend of our oak barrel-aged sour quadrupel ale, with our bourbon barrel-aged English-style old ale, blended using the solera method, and our wine barrel-aged sour blonde ale.

A half-decade of brewing wildly unique farmhouse-style ales calls for a craftful crown on an anniversary celebration. Like all Annuel projects, this quinary ale’s inspiration comes from The Bruery’s Anniversary Old Ale and the Solera aging technique. A strong Anniversary Ale base induces an artful blend with our Sour Quad, Imperial Sour Blonde, and Solera Anniversary Ale, all aged in oak and bourbon barrels for an elated finish.

Six years of brewing wildly complex beers is an occasion to celebrate. In Annuel tradition, this senary ale’s inspiration comes from The Bruery’s Anniversary old ale and solera aging methods. The Anniversary base induces an artful blend with our sour quad, imperial sour blonde, wheatwine-style ale, Belgian-style dark strong ale, American strong ale, and solera Anniversary ales aged in oak and bourbon barrels for a unique finish.
