Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with cacao 

There are no alter-egos here— just deliciously complex beer walking the line of tradition and experimentation. We aged our Monster Stout base in 18 year Elijah Craig bourbon barrels for 12 months, then treated it with equal parts cacao powder and experimental freeze-dried cacao. Luscious, well-rounded, deep, and viscous, this is one you won’t want to miss.
