Foeder-aged saison ale with pomegranate and lemon verbena | 7.2% ABV

Field Horse was inspired by a trip to the Alicante region of Spain, where the horses work hard, but play hard too. After a hard days work they'll treat themselves to sweet pomegranates, and you'll definitely want to do the same with this barrel-aged blended saison. Treated with pomegranate and lemon verbena this saison is refreshingly funky but balanced out with the sweetness of pomegranate and hints of lemon and herb.  

Barrel-aged tart saison with honey | 9.4% ABV

Here's the buzz on this one: We added copious amounts of local Temecula wildflower honey - or should we say "hunny" - to a blend of our barrel-aged sour blonde ale and our barrel-aged saison. The result is good. Beary good.

Barrel-aged tart saison ale with tangerine Cara Cara orange, and orange peel | 6.9% ABV

Tart, citrusy, wild, fruity— if these words are speaking to your soul, this is the beer for you. Wild Grove is bright, tart, and bursting with citrus flavor thanks to the addition of fresh tangerines and oranges, plus orange peel for some extra zest. After letting it rest in oak barrels to gain funky complexity, we dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops, known for their distinctive tangerine and citrus notes.
