First released in 2009, this dark amber, bourbon barrel-aged ale promises a flavor voyage which begins with aromas of toffee, chocolate and milled oak, giving way to a palate rich with tasting notes of vanilla, dark fruit, and toffee, leaving you with a rich, enduring finish. Pair with duck ragu or banana cream pie to accentuate the decadent richness of Melange No. 3.
