Originally introduced as part of our 2023 Distillers Select Collection, The Malt Mill returns for a solo release that celebrates the remarkable influence of American Single Malt whiskey barrels. Crafted in collaboration with Westward Whiskey, this imperial stout draws its character from time spent aging in their distinctive barrels, where rich malt complexity meets the bold spirit of American whiskey-making. Aromas of charred peaches, molasses, and dark chocolate lead into decadent notes reminiscent of chocolate lava cake, fruit leather, and toasted marshmallow. Full-bodied with a long, lingering finish, The Malt Mill is a tribute to the shared artistry of brewing, distilling, and exceptional barrel aging.
