Pat O’Brien’s bar in New Orleans is home to more than just the iconic flaming fountain – a towering display of fire and water – it’s also the origin of the hurricane cocktail, the tropical delight which inspired this barrel-aged imperial sour ale. We added passion fruit, pomegranates, orange zest, dragon fruit, and limes for a bright, citrusy, tart treat.
