Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine with Vanilla

Born from an extraordinary discovery in our barrel program, Vanilla Volley gives a remarkable blend of vanilla beans the spotlight it deserves. Inspired by a handful of Musket barrels that helped shape a past Hoarders Cuvée, this bourbon barrel-aged barleywine takes its name from the coordinated musket volleys of the Revolutionary War. Rather than showcasing a single origin, we brought together vanilla beans from Madagascar, Uganda, Ecuador, and the Republic of Congo, adding the complete blend directly to Four Roses bourbon barrels for extended aging. The result is a layered expression of vanilla, oak, and rich malt character, with notes reminiscent of toasted caramel, toffee, and marshmallow. A full barrage of vanilla, delivered in one exceptional barleywine.
