The spirit of The Bruery’s 12 Days of Christmas series returns in a new form. Inspired by the Belgian Christmas ales that have long defined the season, 12 Days of Christmas Ale brings together favorite elements from across our own holiday tradition to create something entirely new. A Belgian-style Dubbel provides a rich, malt-driven foundation, complemented by French oak fermentation inspired by 3 French Hens, festive spices recalling Partridge in a Pear Tree and 10 Lords A-Leaping, and a dark malt character reminiscent of 2 Turtle Doves. Brewed with our house yeast and layered with classic Christmas spice, it’s a celebration of where the 12 Days began, where the series traveled, and a new holiday tradition all its own.
