Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Madagascar Vanilla & Banana

When we first tasted through this selection of FO rum casks, we immediately noted banana and spiced undertones. We wanted to highlight those flavors rather than mask them. So we layered in thirty pounds of Madagascar vanilla, dark brown sugar, and banana to help amplify the already present barrel character.
