A small craft brewery located in Orange County, California. Our simple but often confusing name is a fusion of 'brewery' with our family name, Rue.

Our calling is to create beers with character and depth using the simplest and purest of means. We do not filter or pasteurize our beers. All of our bottled beers gain carbonation through 100% bottle conditioning, allowing carbonation to naturally occur through a secondary bottle fermentation. We strive to use unconventional ingredients, and we will proudly state what we put in our beers.

We enjoy serving you, your friends and your family.

Our Tasting Room is now open! We're open every Friday (2 pm - 8 pm) and Saturday (12 pm - 6 pm). We're looking forward to having you stop by! Bring your friends, too!

We are part of many tastings at your favorite beer bars, wine bars, and beer retailers. We can't list these on our website, so keep an eye on BeerAdvocate and RateBeer for these events!

Autumn Maple, our Fall seasonal, is now on the shelves. This beer is made in the pumpkin beer tradition, except instead of pumpkins we used yams, and lots of them! A big Belgian-style brown ale of 10% ABV, this one is bringing pumpkin beers (or yam beers) into new territory. Perfect for your Thanksgiving feast!

Humulus Gold, the "cousin" of Humulus Bruin, is a very hoppy Belgian-style Strong Golden Ale, will be making its way around Southern California. Very few kegs will be released, so get some while you can!

Partridge in a Pear Tree, our festive Holiday Belgian-style Dark Strong Ale is looking like it'll be released in early December.
