Tradition, innovation, and creativity— and a bit of syrup! Our fifth annual release of our Small-Batch Black Tuesday Collection is quite literally stacked. Taking inspiration from past favorite beers and our collective favorite breakfast treat, we crafted each of these beers with all the passion and expertise that our Bruers have brought to every beer we’ve created over the past 15 years.

With four familiar-yet-new pancake-inspired treatments, this collection of beers brings all the complex depth of flavor you’d expect of Black Tuesday and melds it seamlessly with the sweet, sometimes fruity, sometimes rich, always delicious flavors of some of our favorite pancake toppings. Try them on their own or build your own perfect ’stack; the possibilities are endless.

Blueberry Shortstacks

Order up! These ‘stacks are loaded with fresh blueberries and drizzled with maple syrup. This instant-classic bourbon barrel-aged small-batch release is bursting with fruity character, perfectly complimenting the rich complexity of Black Tuesday itself. Inspired by past fan-favorite blueberry pancake beers, Blue Shortstacks is best enjoyed with a big, full brunch with all the fixins’.

Red Berry Shortstacks

Order up! These ’stacks are loaded with raspberries, strawberries, and boysenberries, and drizzled with maple syrup. This berry decadent bourbon barrel-aged small-batch release is bursting with deeply sweet character, perfectly complimenting the rich complexity of Black Tuesday itself. Inspired by all of our favorite berry toppings, Berry Shortstacks is best enjoyed with an oversized scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

Maple Shortstacks

Order up! These ’stacks are drizzled—or rather, nearly drowned—with maple syrup. This sticky-sweet bourbon barrel-aged small-batch release is bursting with maple character, perfectly complimenting the rich complexity of Black Tuesday itself. Inspired by the inarguably classic topping, Maple Shortstacks is best enjoyed passed around the table to share with friends and family.

Chocobanana Shortstacks

Order up! These ’stacks are loaded with bananas, cacao nibs, and drizzled with maple syrup. This ultra-decadent bourbon barrel-aged small-batch release is bursting with—well, chocolate and banana character, perfectly complimenting the rich complexity of Black Tuesday itself. Inspired by a childhood favorite combo (that we still love as adults), Chocobanana Shortstacks is best enjoyed while watching your favorite nostalgic movie.
