Blend of sour and imperial stouts aged in bourbon barrels with raspberries, cherries, cacao, and vanilla beans

Berry Cherry Chocolate BBLs— the name really says it all. We added juicy raspberries and ripe cherries, along with cacao and vanilla beans, to a special blend of our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with our bourbon barrel-aged sour stout. The acidity from the sour stout melds with sweet malt character from the imperial stout, and the tartness from the berries brings a delicious complexity.
