What are Allocations?
Allocations are beers we release for our members throughout the month. These are typically Society Exclusive releases, member only presales on limited distribution beers, or first dibs on returning favorites.
When are my included bottles released?
The short answer is, as soon as they’re ready! Given the volatile nature of barrel aged beer we’re ultimately at the mercy of the beer itself to tell us when it’s ready to be released. Our brewers and blenders are masters at their craft, and won’t release a beer until it’s ready for consumption.
How will I know when my included bottles are ready?
We’ll create an order for you every time bottles included in your membership are released and email you a copy of your receipt. You’ll also see a $0 order show up in your Order History, which can be found on the Account landing page.
How do I Pickup my Beer
For California members, send an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org the day before you or your trustee plan to come in. Then swing by the Society Fulfillment Center located at 741 Dunn Way in Placentia.
For DC Members, You will receive an email notice once your orders have arrived at The Bruery Store. We ask that you email the store staff (email@example.com) a day in advance of picking up your order so that we can efficiently fulfill your order(s) upon arrival at the shop.
What is a trustee and how do I set one up?
A trustee is anyone you authorize to come in and pick up your orders on your behalf. All you need to do is include their name in the email you send to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, otherwise you can list them in the order notes field while placing an order on the online store.
How do I get my beer shipped?
Shipping is ONLY available within in CA. There are two different methods for shipping your beer within CA. You can check out with GSO ground when placing an order if you’d like to have just that order shipped out as soon as possible. If you’d prefer to combine multiple orders into one larger shipment we offer something called Flexible Shipping Options to make that possible. When placing your allocation orders each month make sure your orders are set for pickup. Once you’re ready to have your beers shipped just head over to the flexible shipping option listing: https://www.thebruery.com/shop/detail?item=flexible-shipping and purchase the appropriately sized shipper. Are Event Tickets included with my membership?
We don’t include event tickets in membership so we can focus on including what everyone signed up for: more exclusive small batch beer!
