The Reserve Society is an exclusive annual beer club that opens just once and year, and sells out quickly. It's a community to some of the biggest beer aficionados in the world that includes 15 beers you can't find anywhere else, access to over 40 exclusive beers, members-only events, tasting room perks, and so much more. This club is where we share our some of our smallest-batch, most adventurous creations.

How It Works

Choose Your Taste
Choose Your Taste

Pick between three options: The Bruery (Non-wild beers leaning toward stouts and strong ales), The Bruery Terreux (wild and tart ales) or a mix of both!

How Do I Get My Beer
How Do I Get My Beer

Each month we plan to release at least one of your included beers to your cellar. Once it's in your cellar, you can choose to either Pick-Up (in Placentia, CA or Washington D.C.), express-ship (CA only and Nevada, shipping is extra), have it delivered (select areas of Southern California and D.C.), or choose to store them in your cellar through the year.

Imperial stout with Malbec grapes aged in French and American oak puncheons, apple brandy barrels and bourbon barrels Our Bruers' took one of our boldest stouts, Black Tuesday, and fermented it with Paso Robles Malbec grapes from our friends at The Fableist Wine Co. We then added complexity by aging in a combination of French oak, American oak, apple brandy, and bourbon barrels for over 18 months resulting in a flavor-forward, completely still, imperial stout. 750-ml. Barrel-Aged Imperial Sour Blonde
Become a Member

Imperial sour blonde ale with cherries aged in oak barrels A bigger base beer and added complexity from aging a minimum of one year in wine barrels, deem this version of Sans Pagaie the monicker of Reserve. Sans Pagaie translates to “without a paddle” and is our take on the Belgian-style kriek, a sour blonde ale aged in barrels with cherries. The base beer has a subtle funk that melds gently with the fruit giving this beer flavors reminiscent of coconut, vanilla yogurt and of course, fresh cherries. 750-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve

Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with peanut flour, boysenberries, and salt We claim our days of the week sparingly. With this release, we spread it on thick. This is a special kind of Thursday – one you can jam to later in the day! It won’t stick to the roof of your mouth, but it will impart layers of peanut butter character and jammy sweetness from boysenberries, complementing the bourbon-laced fudge notes of our revered, barrel-aged imperial stout. 750-ml. Wheatwine-style ale fermented with McIntosh apples and aged in apple brandy barrels Our love for alternative ingredients and fresh sources of fermentable sugars, in conjunction with our affinity for unique barrel selection, inspired us to concoct this crisp blend. An experiment in co-fermentation — our Bruers let this blend age in Copper & Kings apple brandy barrels for over a year. With no added adjuncts post-aging, this is purely wort, fruit, and wood. 750-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve

Quad Kisses

Barrel-Aged Quadrupel

Blended quadrupel ale aged in bourbon barrels, rye whiskey barrels, Scotch whisky barrels, and rum barrels At The Bruery, our barrel-aging methods have been shaped by a passion for science, craft, and exploration. A true testament to this, Quad Kisses is a blended quadruple ale born from experimentation with short-term barrel-aging. Brief, yet momentous, time in a tetrad of bourbon barrels, rye whiskey barrels, scotch barrels, and rum barrels, gave this ale a pleasantly unfamiliar complexity all its own. 750-ml.
