What is the Reserve Society
At The Bruery we like to think of ourselves as taste-obsessed. Whether we're out grabbing cocktails, sharing dinner with friends, or indulging on a decadent dessert.
We're always inspired.
The Reserve Society is a very special beer community. It's our beer membership where we share our most adventurous and exclusive projects. This annual membership costs $300 + Tax and includes 12 large format members-only beers, plus access to purchase other member-exclusive projects, invitations to events, special tasting room privileges and more. Baked on the Bayou
Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with cacao nibs, pecans, vanilla beans, and dulce de leche This Brue will take your taste buds a-chooglin’ on down to New Orleans. Inspired by a Louisiana favorite, Double Chocolate Praline Fudge Cake, this barrel-aged imperial stout was crafted with cacao nibs, pecans, vanilla beans, and dulce de leche. Pour this one in your glass, sip up, and you’ll be runnin’ down the backwood bare in no time. 750-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve

Portified Black Tuesday
Port barrel-aged imperial stout with Syrah grapes Truly like nothing you’ve tasted before. We started this project over three years ago with our standard Black Tuesday base and laid it to rest in port pipes. We blended in fresh Black Tuesday to taste through the years until we finally felt it was ready to unleash upon the world. Portified Black Tuesday is an immensely complex, concentrated, and decadent beer. 500-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve
March
Mélange Noir (2021)
Bourbon barrel-aged barleywine-style ales blended with bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout This beer’s incredible complexity comes solely from blending. The barleywine ale adds toffee notes while Black Tuesday brings in hints of bourbon and dark fruit. Our Anniversary ale contributes rich melanoidins and fine French oak characteristics from its time spent in barrels. With no additional ingredients added, it’s noir through and through. 750-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve

I'm So Happy It's Thursday
Double barrel-aged imperial stout Raise your glass; it’s finally Thursday. So Happens It’s Tuesday is a Bruery staple and an elegant exemplification of over ten years of experience with barrel-aging. This elevated version spent its first year aging in Speyside Scotch barrels, followed by an additional year of aging in bourbon barrels. The taste is filled with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, fudge, and dried figs— that will leave you utterly satisfied. 750-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve

Aloha Friday (2021)
Last year, this was a Hoarders exclusive, and this year it's opening up to you! Aloha Friday deserves to be much more than just another "wear-your-brightest-floral-print-shirt-to-work" day. This bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout serves up notes of perfectly-toasted, golden brown coconut shavings and island-worthy macadamia nuts lounging on a smooth base of bourbon character. Unwind and welcome in the weekend. 750-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve

This beer is exclusive to Hoarders and Reserve Society members. 750-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve

Wee Heavy Coconuts (2021)
The return of a Society member favorite, This bourbon barrel-aged Wee Heavy gets a wee bit nutty with warm flavors of coconut, walnut and a hint of cinnamon. Only available to Hoarders and Reserve Society members. 750-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve

Rueuze (2021) (x2)
Become a MemberSour blonde ale aged in oak barrels Rueuze is our take on the traditional Belgian-style blend of aged lambics. Rich notes of hay, barnyard funk, and olive round out a well-balanced acidity. 375-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve
February
Seahorse (x2)
Bourbon barrel-aged sour blonde ale with citrus and spices In case you couldn’t tell, we’ve been on a bit of a tiki kick lately. Natty Noir

Spontaneously-fermented sour blonde ale aged in oak barrels When it comes to crafting extraordinarily wild ales, the onus is on us. This three-year blend is an homage to tradition and a testament to our Bruers’ dedication to the craft. Brewed using traditional Belgian methods of turbid mashing, spontaneous fermentation, and a Terreux twist— inoculation via the wild winds of industrial-rustic Anaheim, imparting a one-of-a-kind complexity. We hand-selected our favorite barrels, which were then gracefully blended to taste. Funky, complex, tart, and drinkable. 750-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve
