This small but mighty system is where all of our beers are born, the birthplace of your favorite brews and the playground where our Bruers turn their wildest beer dreams into tasty liquid reality. Launched 11 years ago— what started as an 11-gallon homebrew system evolved into a 3 BBL professional brewing system that closely mimics the geometry, glycol, and other aspects of our current 30 BBL production facility.
After careful execution in the brewhouse we bring these creations straight to our taps at The Bruery and The Bruery- Terreux Tasting Rooms and The Bruery Store in D.C. Only the most loved innovation system releases are scaled up and packaged to bring them to the masses.
