Well, we made it. Lucky number 13! Don’t be spooked— we’re ready to throw a fête for the ages, and not virtually this time. We’re excited to welcome you back to The Bruery to help us celebrate 13 years of crafting innovative beers.


Overview
The world was under quite a hex in 2020, to say the least. We skipped year 12 and jumped straight to good ol’ lucky 13, which means we have two years of celebration pent up inside, and can’t wait to share it with you. This year’s Anniversary event will be a bit different than what you’re used to— but we’ll be doing it Bruery style, so get ready. To keep things safely spaced, we’ll be hosting multiple 3-hour party sessions over two weekends in July.

Just For Hoarders
Hoarders, you’re going to have to trust us on this one, but we’ve got a special surprise just for you. This small batch experience will take you where no Hoarder has gone before, but you must reserve your spot in advance. Each main Anniversary party session will feature two 30-minute mini-sessions just for Hoarders. Each Hoarder may bring 1 guest into their chosen 30 minute mini session. See you there!

What if i bought a ticket last year?
Don’t sweat! We got you. We’ll be issuing digital vouchers that you can use at checkout for the value of your two tickets. In addition to all of the included benefits, you’ll get a ticket holder-exclusive 12-can insulated event tote bag as a special thanks for hanging in there with us.
Redemption codes for 2020 ticket purchasers were sent via email on Friday, 5/14. If you did not receive your email, please reach out to society@thebruery.com.

faqs
I'm a Hoarder, what do i need to know?
As a Hoarders Society member, you automatically receive access to the Hoarders Small Batch Experience. You should have received an email containing your time slot for the event. If not, don't worry— simply reach out to us and we'll add you and a guest to the list.
How do i get my beers?
During check in you'll receive an orange ticket. Servers will come to your table once you're seated to collect your tickets and pour your flights.
How do i get my food?
During check in you'll receive a green ticket that is redeemable for a meal at any of our food vendors. You can grab food at your convenience.
What if i need assistance?
You can identify event staff by their purple lanyards. Event staff will be happy to help you with anything you need.
Do i need my physical/printed ticket?
All tickets will have QR codes that require scanning for entry. You will need a printed copy of your ticket or a digital version stored on your phone (just like boarding a plane). Our ticketing platform also supports Apple Watch display.
Does my member discount apply to tickets?
No, member discounts do not apply to event tickets.
What if i'm planning to dd?
We always encourage safe driving practices. For those that don't drink, there is a still ton of value and fun in this year's event, so we’re offering a discounted Designated Driver ticket. Those who purchase a DD ticket will be given a wristband to ensure no drinks are served.
What's your covid policy?
We are working in accordance with state and local guidelines to ensure a safe and fun celebration for our Bruers, members, and guests. Please take note of the following safety measures that will be in place.
- All attendees must wear a mask when not seated at their tables.
- Sanitizing stations will be set up around the venue; please sanitize frequently.
- We are hosting this event almost entirely outdoors and staggering event times and dates to allow for smaller groups.
- If you find yourself experiencing symptoms of COVID, please don't attend.
What's the seating situation?
Yes! In fact, the entire event will be seated per COVID guidelines. We will have plenty of outdoor, safely distanced seating. You will be assigned a table with your party and we ask that you remain at your table as much as possible. All seating will be shaded.
What's the parking situation?
There's plenty of parking, and it's free! Parking will be available at the former Jeep dealership, 200 yards away from The Bruery.

Can i bring food or drinks?
No outside food or drinks with the exception of water. We highly encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle to save on waste.
Are tickets refundable?
No, tickets are not refundable.* Due to the upfront costs and lead time required in throwing an event like this, we cannot refund ticket purchases.
*In the unlikely event our Anniversary party is cancelled, we will offer full refunds. We're closely monitoring the COVID situation and, if necessary, will consult public health officials as the event nears. In the event of a necessary cancellation, we will issue a full refund for all ticket purchases.
Can i bring my dog/cat/ferret/goat?
No, even if your dog likes barrel-aged stouts and can hang with the best of them, no pets allowed.
Can i bring my kid?
No, permits do not allow anyone under the age of 21.
