Tradition and innovation are built into The Bruery’s DNA, and this traditionally-inspired Belgian-style Tripel ale, made with a recipe adapted from one of our very first releases, Trade Winds, is no exception. A Gust Of Wind derives much of its flavor from careful yeast selection, giving rich spice notes and subtle fruit character. Enjoy a malty sweetness with a gust of spice, finished with a balanced amount of hops.

La Petite Provision
Belgian-Style Table Beer with Thai Basil and Lemongrass | 3.5% ABV
Bonne nuit, mes amis! We made this Belgian-style table beer just for you. Crafted in the traditional style, La Petite Provision is easy-drinking and full of flavor thanks to additions of Thai basil and lemongrass to the brew. Herbal, floral, and slightly sweet, this one’s best enjoyed with a candlelit dinner.

Marine Layer
Hazy Session IPA | 4% ABV
Enjoy a relaxing day by the sea with this hazy session IPA. Citra hops take the lead, bringing with it notes and aromas of bright citrus and stone fruit. We then dry-hopped with Citra, Cashmere, and New Zealand Motueka hops to bring out even more aromas of tangerine and rich melon. But honestly, don’t worry about any of that— just take a load off and enjoy this crushable hazy.

Oasis
Double dry hopped Hazy IPA | 6.5% ABV
It’s a mirage; it’s a miracle; it’s Oasis— our newest hazy IPA with generous dry-hopping for maximum aromatics. We started with a blend of pilsner malt, wheat, and rye to create a soft, pillowy mouthfeel with slight spice notes. After adding New Zealand Motueka and Riwaka along with Sultana hops for juicy, tropical flavor with a slight citrus twist, we dry-hopped with Azacca and Sultana to create bright, ripe, fruity notes of pineapple, mango, and slight pine. Kick back, relax, and enjoy your own personal Oasis in the desert.
