Bourbon barrel-aged barleywine-style ales blended with bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout

This beer’s incredible complexity comes solely from blending. The barleywine ale adds toffee notes, while the Black Tuesday brings in hints of bourbon and dark fruit, and our Anniversary ale contributes rich melanoidins and notes of swirling caramel from the bourbon barrels. With no additional ingredients added, it’s noir through and through.
