Wit The Funk with Apricots

Wit The Funk is brewed with tradition in mind, using orange peel and coriander, and fermented with wit yeast, brettanomyces, and our own Terreux house mixed culture. We add luscious apricots and age it in oak foeders until final maturation. The result is funky, oaky, citrusy, and super drinkable. Sure, it takes longer, but WTF? It’s worth it.
