At The Bruery, we’re no strangers to decadent bourbon barrel-aged barleywines. We’ve also been known to push the boundaries of flavor. For Poached Fig, we sourced a copious amount of ripe Santa Barbara County figs and added 85 lbs. to each barrel of our barleywine aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Vanilla bean along with fresh lemon zest add that final touch to make the sticky, decadent, toffee profile POP like no other.
